
How much weight should I lift to tone my muscles?
I've recently started a gym .. I'm 242 pounds since I've lost 8 and .. and I walk through the factory of the tread 40 minutes or 2 miles and I use weight machines. I do not want to bulk up because I'ma girl, but I have to win first and then the muscle tone? And how do you tone. I can lift 30 pounds, but that is the more repetitions at15. and leg machines than I can do 90 for 15 repetitions at a time .. How much should I be lifting? thanks
But most people have significantly lower muscle fat you can not see the muscle. There is a simple rule for muscle building and toning. If you want to build, high intensity, high weight and low amount number of repetitions. If you want tone, not high intensity, low weight, moderate, large number of repetitions and sets.
